A lino print (or linocut) is a type of relief print made by carving a design into a sheet of linoleum. Ink is then rolled onto the raised (uncarved) areas and pressed onto paper to create a print. You can discover more about my lino print process here.
Are all your lino prints original?
Yes. Each lino print is hand-printed from a hand-carved block, making every print slightly unique, even within the same edition.
What is an edition?
An edition is the total number of prints made from a single carved lino block. Each print is numbered (for example, 3/25) and signed by the artist. Once the edition is complete, no more prints are made from that block.
Do you sell framed or unframed lino prints?
My prints are currently available unframed for safe and affordable shipping.
Are the colours exactly as shown online?
I do my best to represent colours accurately, but slight variations may occur due to screen settings and the hand-printed nature of each linocut.
Can I commission a custom lino print?
Yes! I welcome commissions for personalised or custom designs. Please reach out via my Contact page to discuss your ideas. Please note as I work full-time, I need good notice of at least one to two months to complete a commission depending on its size.
How are your original lino prints shipped?
My original lino prints are carefully packaged in protective sleeves and shipped rolled in a sturdy tube or hard-backed envelope depending on size.
Do you ship internationally?
No, currently I do not ship outside of the United Kingdom. Please note that I am currently unable to ship orders to Northern Ireland due to GPSR regulations.
